Attention: All products and prices listed on this website serve only as guidelines. Before a sales contract can be agreed, please contact us for exact information on availability and final pricing including shipping of individual items. Please do not transfer any money prior to confirmation of order. Thank you.

This website is NO INTERNET SHOP !

Please treat these pages as an information platform of a small but fine craft business. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to welcome customers personally in our workshop. But we do our best to inform and advise cour customers via the "new media" like Email and Internet.

 

Delivery times:

Standard models like CoreLine, MOS2, RWE, EMsig, MONss are usually readily available.

Custom-made drums might have a long delivery time, as there is a waiting list. Depending on model and skin request it might take 3-18 month waiting periode. 
We are happy to reserve you a non-binding delivery date in up to two years in advance.

 

For currently placed orders the following completion dates (as of 25th Jan 2016) have been defined:

Please keep in mind that this is a one-man business, and of course, I always try to keep delivery dates. However, even the smallest interruption (e.g. sickness, machine breakdown) can result in a delivery delay. Therefore, all delivery dates stated are target dates and approximate only, and I assume no liability if delivery is delayed.

  

Payment:

We only deliver for payment in advance. For custom drums the full purchase price will be required at least three weeks before agreed delivery date. For particulary complex or material-intensive orders also an idividual deposit will be charged which can not be refunded.

  • Ordering: Please note that the Signature Series Drums RWE, MONss, EMsig und CBss can only be ordered from the artists' own websites.

  • For all other drum models please use the order form or send me an This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with exact description of the drum you would like to order (diameter/depth/wood/skin/tape or no tape etc.) and also don´t forget your delivery address!

  • P&P:
    For one drum:
    Within Germany 15 EUR
    Within Europe 35 EUR incl. Airmail (insured and quicker)
    Worldwide: depending on country - please enquire ! Minimum 49 EUR

LEGAL NOTICE ON THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION


Right of revocation

You may revoke your Contractual Declaration within a 14 day period in text form (e.g. letter, facsimile, email), or – if the item is delivered to you prior to the end of the period – by sending the item back. The timely dispatch of the notice of revocation or the goods shall be sufficient for observance of the revocation period. The notice of revocation shall be addressed to:

Consequences of revocation

In the event of effective revocation, each Party shall return benefits already received and shall surrender any gains (e.g. interest) derived. If you are not able to fully or partly return the received benefits, or only able to return them in a condition of deterioration, you will be obliged to pay us compensation. In the case that goods are delivered, this shall not apply if the deterioration is exclusively caused by examining them – as you would in a store, for example. For the rest, you are able to prevent liability to pay compensation for any deterioration of the object caused by using it according to its purpose, by not using the object as your property and by refraining from anything that adversely affects its value. Goods suitable for dispatch as parcels may be returned at our cost and risk. Goods that cannot be dispatched as parcels will be collected from your address. Obligations to refund payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. The payment period commences on the date of issuing your notice of revocation or of dispatching the goods, for us on the date of receipt thereof.
